Gallery Red presents Seeing the Spectrum , a group mixed media exhibition.

Aspect is excited to announce that Warren Brown, cartoonist and television presenter, will be opening the Adult Programs art exhibition on Friday 15 April.
Warren has been working as a full time editorial cartoonist since 1986 and is currently a cartoonist for Sydney’s Daily Telegraph newspaper. He is a regular on television current affairs programs and has presented the series National Treasures and the Prime Ministers’ National Treasures. Warren also presented the ABC TV series Peking to Paris, recreating the world’s first long-distance car race, was a host for Top Gear Australia on SBS and has been the overnight MC at Gallipoli on Anzac Day since 2006.
This exhibition includes recent works by Nicholas Athanasi, Alexis Atkinson, Patrick Benson, Dominic Chu, Alison Cummins, Daniel Diep, Peter Gibbs, Robbie Green, Christina Halkiadakis, Scott Harrison, Jonathon Israel, Nathan Israel, Kris Kotevski, Nathan Oei, Alexandra Robinson, Danny Sawday, Rodney South, Thomas Stines, Anthony Talarico, Abigail Tan, Leonard Tinyow, Stephanie Wong.
April is Autism Month. To celebrate, Gallery Red is hosting Seeing the Spectrum, an exhibition by artists associated with Autism Spectrum Australia, (Aspect).
Aspect offers services which help build confidence and capacity with adults on the autism spectrum, their families and carers. The services offer opportunities for people to engage, build relationships and develop their skills. Aspect creative arts programs offer new ways for people on the spectrum to express themselves.
Seeing the Spectrum opens Friday 15 April and runs until 3 May 2011.
Gallery Hours for this exhibition are Monday – Friday 10am – 5pm, Saturdays 10am – 3pm except Easter weekend.
